The NRI Vikings are in search of Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches to lead our travel teams.  Coaches will plan for and run weekly team practices as well as travel/coach for team games and tournaments. Coaches should be prepared to provide excellent coaching to our youth team members while maintaining a safe, positive and productive learning atmosphere.

• Establish a positive team environment and act as a positive role model for our youth
• Explain and demonstrate advanced technique with excellence
• Build relationships with our youth team members and their parents
• Aim to positively promote the gym and our services to help connect our guests to the services that best meet their needs
• Help create a program that helps our youth team to best grow and meet their goals
• Promote Hockey to All Ages, All Abilities
